This phase is built as a production and exposure pipeline, where athletes are expected to perform at a high level while gaining visibility in competitive environments. The focus shifts toward measurable impact, consistency, and preparing for the next level.

How often are practices?
Schedule:
- Teams practice 4-5 times per week.
- Strength & Conditioning 2-3 times per week with a certified S/C Coach
