Program Purpose
This phase is centered on college readiness, preparing athletes to meet the physical, mental, and tactical demands of the next level. The focus is on consistency, execution, and dependability within a structured system.

How often are practices?
Schedule:
- Teams practice 4-5 times per week.
- Strength & Conditioning 2-3 times per week with a certified S/C Coach
